Penny & Sparrow are Andy Baxter and Kyle Jahnke hailing from Texas. The two are former roommates and are now touring the world. Latin Festival in Highland Park
The annual Latin Festival in Highland Park is a free community celebration of Latin culture and a fundraiser for the Chattanooga State Foundation’s Latino Scholarship Fund and Chattanooga State’s adult basic education and English as a second language programs. Guests can expect a carnival atmosphere with folk dancing, music and performances by local and regional artists. The event also includes a parade of nations, authentic food court and more. Chattanooga Roller Girls: The Wheel Revolution
The Chattanooga Roller Girls return home for the first time this season on Saturday with two teams and plenty of fresh faces. Tickets for The Wheel Revolution doubleheader are on sale now. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for kids in advance. Tickets will be $12 at the door. A portion of proceeds will benefit Bike Walk Chattanooga. In addition to the main event between the Chattanooga Roller Girls and Huntsville, Alabama’s Dixie Derby Girls, the evening will also feature the home debut of the newly formed Chattanooga Roller Girls’ B team, the B Railers, in contest against Nashville’s B team, Brawl Stars. Run Wild 5K Benefiting the Chattanooga Zoo
The Chattanooga Zoo presents Run Wild! This 5K and 1 mile event is designed to be fun for all ages and fitness levels. After all, what’s more fun than a race that ends within a zoo and involves some of your closest animal friends? Not a whole lot! What’s even better is this race benefits one of Chattanooga’s oldest community-serving nonprofit organizations, the Chattanooga Zoo.
The route will end within the Chattanooga Zoo with up-close animal encounters, refreshments and more! Be sure to dress as your favorite animal so you can really run wild!
When: Saturday, April 30, 8a.m.- 5K, 8:30a.m. – 1 Mile Run
Where: Packet pick up will be at the Chattanooga Zoo on Friday, April 29 from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm and Saturday, April 30 beginning at 7:00 am.

The Lookouts take on the Montgomery Bay Biscuits in a 3 game home stand beginning Friday. You don’t want to miss Friday’s game for Fireworks and The Lookouts will be wearing and auctioning off their special “Operation!” themed jerseys! First pitch is at 7:15.
