The Lookouts take on the Birmingham Barons in a 4 game home stand beginning Friday. You don’t want to miss Friday’s game for Fireworks and Star Wars night! First pitch is at 7:15. Mocs Spring Game
The UTC football team hosts it’s annual spring game and clinc Saturday at Finley Stadium. Kids clinic begins at 12:15p and is followed by Spring Game action at 2p. Opening for it’s 16th season, the Chattanooga Market kicks off this weekend with two days full of activities. Fresh produce, crafts and several live bands. The market opens on Saturday from 10a – 5p and Sunday from 11a – 4p

National Cornbread Festival
The National Cornbread Festival in South Pittsburg celebrates 20 years this weekend with two days of activities for the entire family. Considered one of the premier festivals in the South, thousands of people gather annually to enjoy the festival, which is a 30-minute drive from Chattanooga. Ricky Skaggs & Kentucky Thunder will perform, as will country superstar Bryan White. This year, organizers have filled the schedule with events, including 5K races, amateur cornbread cook-offs, professional cook-offs, and live bluegrass and country music. Ninth annual Chocolate Fling
The Chocolate Fling benefits the Epilepsy Foundation of Southeast Tennessee. The event begins on Sunday at 1 p.m. with locally made arts and crafts from vendors. At 2 p.m., it’s chocolate time, along with a silent auction and chocolate sampling from master chocolatiers. The Chocolate Fling is the largest annual fundraiser for the organization. This year’s event features 14 chocolatiers. Guests are encouraged to use the free valet parking behind The Chattanoogan Hotel. Click here for tickets.
